The source of inspiration for me was the international style of Alvaro Aalto. I used the principles of organic architecture. The originality of the design is in simple geometric shapes. The metal frame is a decorative component. The surfaces are made of solid wood, while maintaining a natural "live" edge.

Fireplace-bench Aalto can be used as bed bench, TV console and bar table for commercial use. It might also be used as an entrance bench: a shoe storage and shelf for keys. Bench allows to sit from both sides, so it can be a room separator. Shelfs under bench can be used as storage for clothes, shoes or books. Fireplace can be removed as well as wood behind it and become a storage unite or display for sculpture. The fireplace will fit into both small and large spaces. Thanks to the large built-in functionality, this is a convenient piece of furniture. Can be used in almost in any room.

Can be adapted for industrial production. Electric fireplace made by Dimplex, but can be replaced with plane surfaces or other electric fireplaces. Dimplex uses the Opti-myst flame effect and sound of fire.

The interior project for which the item was invented needed a place to store clothes and a bed bench in loft style. Created under the impression of visiting the Vyborg library. Thanks to thoughtful ergonomics and clean design, it easily fits into the lifestyle of people who value beauty and conciseness.
